When will my order ship? Your eagerly anticipated products will be on their way within 1-3 days of placing your order.
Will I get an email with my order details? Certainly! Expect a detailed email summarizing your order as soon as it's placed.
Can I cancel my order? No worries! While we'll ship your order promptly, if you change your mind upon receiving it, you can ship it back to us. Once we have it, we'll process a FULL refund for you.

The Return Process
Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request"
- List your product and reasons for the return.
Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address for the return.
Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once received, we'll inspect it.
Step 4: If all checks out, we'll fully refund your item. You'll receive an email with all the details, and the money will be deposited back into your account.

Who ships my package? Canadian orders: Canada Post. US orders: e-packet or Korea Post. International orders: Korea Post, e-packet, or a local mail courier, depending on the service available.
